Kalokhe & Shree Developers Llp is situated out in Ambi, Maval, at Gat No 113. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which we actually prefer. Working out here gives us a bit more breathing room. We spend a lot of time on-site, so the office is more of a home base where we keep our tools and records. We aren't the kind of developers who spend all day in air-conditioned rooms. Most of our time is spent out in the sun, making sure things are actually getting built the way they should be. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping track of materials. Ambi is a quiet place, and we’ve gotten to know the people around here pretty well over the years. We started this partnership because we both had experience in the field and wanted to work for ourselves. It hasn't always been easy, and there are days when things don't go according to plan, but we just keep pushing forward. We don't have a marketing team or a spokesperson. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Our workspace at Gat No 113 is basic and functional. We keep a pot of coffee going and have plenty of space for maps and site plans. It’s a straightforward operation run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty to get the job done. We just keep our heads down and stay busy.
