Kalashree Resorts Llp is located over in Anand Nagar, right on Sinhgad Road. We are in the Sundar Sahawas complex, Phase II, specifically in D11/303. If you’ve ever been on Sinhgad Road, you know it’s one of the busiest stretches in Pune. There’s always traffic and a lot of life happening outside. Our place is a bit tucked away in the residential part, which is nice because it’s a little quieter once you get inside the gates. We’ve been operating from this flat for a while. It serves as our main base for everything we do with the resorts. It’s a very local feel here. We know the neighbors and the security guards at the gate. We aren't a big company with a glass building; we are just people working out of a comfortable space in a part of Pune we know well. Most of our day is spent handling the admin side of things, like bookings and talking to staff at the actual resort sites. It’s a lot of coordination. Sometimes we have meetings right at the kitchen table because it’s just easier that way. We like being in Sinhgad Road because it feels like the heart of the city for us. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done and we can keep an eye on everything from here. We just try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone we deal with.
