Kacha Developers LLP is based out of Pimple Gurav, specifically at Survey Number 41/16 in Shree Krushana Nagar. It’s a growing neighborhood, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here lately. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can meet and talk about our projects. We do a lot of the planning right here on the wooden table that’s seen better days. We handle the development side of things, which means a lot of coordination between different crews and making sure the permits are in order. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We don't really go in for the polished marketing talk. We’d rather just show someone a site and explain what the plan is in plain English. The local area has its own rhythm, and we try to work within that. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or a shortage of workers, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. People in Shree Krushana Nagar know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. We usually have a pot of tea going and some maps spread out. We just want to build things that stay standing and make sense for the people using them. It’s not a complicated way of doing business.
