Down in Hingane Kh, Pune, you’ll find us at Narayan Complex. We’re in Flat Number 1 (B), which is a small space but it fits what we need for KAAMINI HOSPITALITY LLP. Pune has changed a lot lately, but this area still feels like home to us. We spend our mornings sorting through emails and the afternoons dealing with the logistical side of the hospitality business. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we chose. The complex is usually humming with activity from the other residents and small businesses around us. We don’t have a big reception desk or a sign with bright lights. Most people just walk past and wouldn't even know we are there, which is fine by us. We like the quiet focus we can get in this office. Sometimes we sit out on the small balcony when we need a break from the screen. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The local shops nearby are where we get our supplies. It is a very practical way to run things. We don't spend money on things that don't matter. We just focus on the hospitality tasks at hand and try to stay organized. It’s a simple operation, run by people who actually care about the daily grind.
