Our office is tucked away in Omega Residency over in Baner, at S.No. 109/3. If you know the area, it is pretty easy to find once you get past the main road traffic. We have been working as Kaama Developers for some time now, mostly focusing on small building projects around this side of town. It is usually just a couple of us in the office handling the calls and making sure the contractors are actually doing what they said they would do. Baner is growing so fast, so there is always something going on outside our window. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see us hunched over some blueprints or arguing with a supplier on the mobile. It is a bit chaotic sometimes, honestly. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking chai, but other days we are running around from one site to another until late evening. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and fancy presentations. We prefer to just show people what we are building and let that be it. It’s a practical way to run a business, even if it means we have a lot of dust on our shoes most of the time. We just keep plugging away at the work we have in front of us.
