It is a bit of a distance from Pune city center, but the Khed area is growing quite fast. We focus on the hotel side of things here. It is an old-school kind of place, hence the heritage name. We do not use a lot of fancy technology or corporate systems. We prefer to do things the way we have always done them. The building has some history to it and we try to keep it looking decent. It is a lot of maintenance work, to be honest. There is always a pipe to fix or a room to paint. We are not a big chain with millions of dollars. We are a private company with a small staff. Most of us live nearby in the 410501 area. We do not have a lot of marketing fluff to share. We just offer rooms to people who need them. Kharabwadi is a busy industrial area, so we get a lot of workers and travelers passing through. We just try to provide a quiet spot for them to rest.
