Up in Pune, we are situated at 203, Royal Avenue in Bavdhan. It’s on Plot No. 49 in the Ramnagar Colony area. Working at K Raheja Corporation Services Ltd. from this spot is quite nice because Bavdhan still has some greenery left. You can see the hills in the distance on a clear day. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some old cupboards for files, and a small area to sit. It’s a quiet place, mostly. We don't get the crazy traffic noise you find in the city center. Our days are filled with the usual stuff—emails, phone calls, and the occasional visitor. We aren't a big operation here, just a small team keeping things moving. Sometimes we take a break and walk down the lane to get some snacks. The weather in Pune is usually better than Mumbai, which makes the office feel less stuffy. We’ve been at this Royal Avenue address for a while now and we’ve settled into a good routine.
