Our small office is tucked away in Shivaji Peth, right near the Firangai Talim. It is a very lively neighborhood with a lot of history, and being in the Laxmi Sakha Apartment on the second floor keeps us right in the middle of all the action. Jv Landmark Llp is basically a local team that handles various property matters and small building projects around the A Ward area. We do not have a shiny glass building or a big corporate sign, just a regular workplace with a few computers and several maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of our time out of the office anyway, looking at different sites or meeting people at the local municipal offices to get things approved. When we are actually here, there is usually a lot of loud talking going on about project deadlines and the cost of materials. It gets incredibly noisy in Shivaji Peth during the local festivals, but we actually like the energy of this place. We don't bother with those big fancy words to describe what we do every day. We just help put up buildings and manage the pieces of land we have. Dealing with all the government paperwork is probably the hardest part of the job, honestly. It takes a lot of patience to get everything sorted. We have been around this part of town long enough to know how the system works and how to get things done.
