Junior Engineer

We are Junior Engineer, located in Pune. Our office is over in the Left Bhusari Colony area, right near the Kothrud Depot. We are based in Anandi Apartments, specifically in Flat No 6, care of Professor Bhuchade. It’s a residential building, so the vibe is very relaxed and local. We aren't some big corporation with a suite in a high-rise; we just have this comfortable flat where we do all our engineering work. The rooms are filled with desks, books, and plenty of technical equipment. We’ve been in Kothrud for a good while and really like the neighborhood because it’s got everything we need close by. There’s usually some tea being made in the small kitchen, and someone is usually debating a technical detail in the main room. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that; we just show up and get to work on whatever project is on the desk that day. It can get a little crowded when we have visitors, but we always find a chair for everyone. Our focus is strictly on the engineering side of things, and we don't spend much time on fancy brochures. Most of our clients are people who have heard about us from others in the industry. It’s a simple, honest way of doing business, and being in Bhusari Colony makes it feel like we are part of the community here.
