Our office is tucked away in Budhwar Peth, specifically at 927 Bhori Ali in Pune. It’s a very old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and always full of life. We’re in a building that has seen a lot of history. Working from here means we are right in the heart of the local trade and bustle. JSPR Infra Ventures LLP operates from this space, and it’s mostly about managing the day-to-day requirements of our infrastructure work. It gets loud outside sometimes with the traffic and the shops nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. The office itself is functional. We don’t have much room for anything that isn't necessary. We focus on our plans and the logistics of our projects. Living and working in Pune 411002 gives you a certain perspective on how the city grows. We’re not a huge firm with dozens of branches; we just have this one spot where we handle everything. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you aren’t used to the Peth areas, but once you’re inside, it’s just us doing our jobs. We don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It’s just a place where work happens. Most of our time is spent on calls or looking over technical drawings. It’s a real, gritty part of town, and our office reflects that practical energy. We just keep our heads down and get through the workload.
