You can find Jrt Builders And Developers Llp over at the Kaledonia building. We are located on the 6th floor on the south side. Our specific spot is Meter Room No. 1, which sounds a bit unusual, but it’s where we have our office set up. We are in Sambhaji Nagar, right across from Vijay Nagar. It’s a pretty good location for getting around the city. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of distance from the street noise below, though you can still hear the horns honking during peak hours. The office is pretty small and filled with rolls of drawings and stacks of site reports. We do a lot of our developer work from this room. It’s just a place to keep the business running. We don’t have any big slogans on the walls or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and our computers. We start early most days because there is always something that needs to be sorted out with the builders or the authorities. Sambhaji Nagar is a lively neighborhood, and there is always someone moving around. We like being in a building like Kaledonia because it feels professional without being too cold. It’s a hard-working office and we just try to stay on top of the projects we have going on at any given time. We usually have lunch at our desks while we talk about the upcoming site inspections and deadlines. It's just how we operate.
