Jr Engineer

We have been at the Ashtavinayak Building for a good bit now. It is right there on Pashan Road in Pune. It is not a huge place, just a regular shop where we handle various engineering jobs. If you walk past Chavannagar, you will probably see us. We usually have some parts laying around or a machine being worked on. People around here just call us Jr Engineer. We started out with just a couple of guys who liked taking things apart and putting them back together. It gets a bit noisy sometimes, especially in the mornings when we are getting started. The floor is usually covered in some dust or metal shavings, but that is just how the work goes. We do not have a fancy front desk or anything. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. Sometimes the tea stall nearby is where we take our breaks. It is a simple setup. We deal with the day-to-day stuff that needs fixing or making. Most of the people who come by are locals or folks from nearby businesses who know we are here. We keep it pretty basic. No big signs or flashing lights. If you need something looked at or a part made, we just get to it. It is honest work and we have been doing it this way for a long time. Pashan Road stays busy, but inside the shop, we just focus on the task at hand. That is pretty much us in a nutshell.
