You can find us at Aranyeshwar Darshan Housing Society in the Parvati area of Pune. We are at Plot 1, 54/1. It’s a local neighborhood, very typical for this part of Pune. Being part of a housing society means we see the same faces every day. It’s a grounded way to run things. Joshiz Gruhaudyog LLP is basically us working out of this space, keeping things simple. We don't have a big glass office or a receptionist. Usually, one of us is just at the table handling the orders or checking the stock. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the stuff we have to keep track of, but we make it work. Parvati is a nice area, quite green in some parts, though the traffic near the main roads can be a bit much. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. The routine is the same most mornings—open up, have some chai, and get to work. We don't use big words or have fancy meetings. We just talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the day. Sometimes we have to move boxes around to make space for everyone to sit. It’s a real, working environment. The air in Pune is a bit better here than in the center. We like the quiet afternoons when the sun is out. It’s just a regular local business doing what we do best every single day.
