We are based in Ganesh Kuti, which is a building where we take up the first, second, and third floors. You can find us near Dr Bedekar Hospital, which is a pretty well-known landmark in this part of town. Being spread across three floors gives us enough room to handle all the different parts of the construction business without being too cramped. We spend most of our time looking over plans or dealing with the daily stuff that comes up when you are building things. It is not a fancy corporate setup by any means. We have our desks, some old chairs, and piles of papers that never seem to go away. People around here know us as the Joshi Buildcon folks. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes the traffic outside near the hospital gets a bit much, but we have gotten used to the noise over the years. Our team is just a group of people who show up and get the job done. We do not go for big speeches or glossy brochures. We would rather let the work speak for itself once the building is finished. Construction is hard work and it is often messy, but we like seeing a project go from a drawing to something real.
