The facility is located right off the Pune-Nagar Road in Sanaswadi. If you know the area, you know how much traffic passes by every single hour. It’s a big space where we handle the equipment side of things for John Deere Equipment Private Limited. Usually, the yard is full of machines and there is always someone moving something around. It gets dusty, especially during the dry months, but the team here is used to it. We aren't really the type to sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of the time, we are out there checking the inventory or making sure the logistics are moving. It’s a lot of coordination. Sanaswadi has become quite a hub, so there is always a lot of noise and activity around the gate. We have a mix of old hands and some newer folks who are still learning the ropes. It’s not a flashy job, but it feels good to see the big gear headed out to where it's needed. We don’t spend much time on fancy speeches or decorations. The focus is just on the daily schedule and making sure the trucks are loaded properly. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when three deliveries arrive at once, but we manage. It’s just how it goes in a place like this. We are just local people doing the work and trying to get home on time.
