JNS BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

JNS Buildcon Private Limited is over at Umashankar Society in Kothrud, Pune. We’re in office A 201, which is part of Survey Number 121/122. Kothrud is a nice part of town, and we’ve been working out of this society for a while now. The office is pretty simple—just some desks, a computer that’s a bit slow, and stacks of blueprints for different projects we have going on. We don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just focus on the build. Most of our time is taken up by site visits and talking to contractors. Pune’s weather is usually okay, but the monsoons can really throw a wrench in our plans. When that happens, we just hunker down in the office and get the paperwork caught up. We’re a small group, and we’ve all been in the construction game for a long time. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just tell you what we can do and how much it’ll probably cost. People around Umashankar Society know us as the guys who are always coming and going with rolls of paper under our arms. It’s a regular job, and we just try to do it right without making things more complicated than they need to be.
