We are based over in Amar Neptune, specifically in offices 401 and 402. It is right there on S. No. 6/1/1 in the Baner area of Pune. Our space isn't anything too flashy, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Being in Baner keeps us pretty busy since the neighborhood is always growing and changing. We spend most of our mornings going through local property listings and catching up on emails. It's a small team here at Jmk Arcade Realty Llp. We mostly focus on the practical side of the real estate market. You can usually find one of us at the desk or out checking on a site nearby. The office is functional. We have a few filing cabinets and some maps on the wall to help us keep track of where everything is. People stop by sometimes to ask about what is available in the area. We try to give them straight answers without making things sound bigger than they are. It’s just how we do things. Living and working in Pune means dealing with the traffic and the noise, but we are used to it by now. We don't have any big corporate speeches to give. We just handle the business of realty from our fourth-floor spot and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that is the job we do.
