We are located out in Phursungi, which is part of Tal-Haveli in the Pune district. Our specific spot is at Sr. No. 126/B in the Siddhi Green area. JKA INFRA LLP has been operating from here for a while. Phursungi is a bit away from the main city center, which we actually like because it gives us a bit more space for our stuff. The commute into the city can be tough with the traffic, but we manage. Most of our work involves local infrastructure projects. We have a small group of people who handle everything from site visits to the office admin. It’s a quiet enough place to focus, though you still hear the local traffic and the birds outside. We don't have fancy titles or a strict hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes that means the guys from the office go out to the sites to help out when things get busy. We’ve seen this area grow a lot since we first set up here. New buildings are going up all the time. Our office is pretty basic, just enough room for our equipment, files, and desks. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to vendors on the phone. It’s a lot of practical, day-to-day stuff. We don't really do the whole marketing thing; we just rely on the work we’ve done and the people we know around Pune. It’s a simple life.
