We are over here at S.No. 12/2/4 in the Vedant Apartment building. It’s located in the Sainath Society area, right by Old SGV in Pune City. Most people know this part of Pune for being a bit crowded but it is where everything happens. JK INVESTOR INDIA REALTY PRIVATE LIMITED is just a small team of us working out of this flat on the second floor. We spend most of our days looking at papers and talking to folks who come by the office. The neighborhood is fairly quiet during the afternoons, but the mornings get pretty busy with everyone heading to work. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Dealing with property in Maharashtra means a lot of back and forth, especially with the paperwork involved in real estate. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a regular office space where we handle our daily business. If you are walking around Pune 411027, you might see our sign near the entrance. We try to keep things simple here. Dealing with land and buildings takes up all our time. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, but we are used to it by now. We just focus on the work sitting on our desks. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking documents every day. That’s pretty much what goes on here at our place in Vedant Apt. It's a living, I guess.
