You can find us over in Hinjewadi, specifically at Flat 104 on the first floor of S.R. 136. Being in this part of Pune is interesting because everything is growing so fast around here. We started Jihi Infrastructure to take on some of the physical work that comes with all this development. It’s not a glamorous job. Most of our time is spent dealing with labor, materials, and local site issues. The office in the village area is where we handle the books and meet with contractors. It’s a small space, nothing fancy, just a few chairs and a lot of files. We focus on getting the job done without making too much of a fuss. The traffic in Hinjewadi is pretty bad these days, so we try to plan our site visits early in the morning to beat the rush. We’re just a local crew trying to stay on top of the projects we’ve taken on. People in the area know where we are if they need to discuss a project. We don’t use big words or try to act like we’re a giant firm. We just show up, do the work, and move on to the next task. It’s a practical way to run a business in a place like Pune where things are always moving. Sometimes it’s stressful, but we prefer being busy over having nothing to do.
