JDMD Infra is situated in the heart of Pune, over in Sadashiv Peth. Our office is in the Eiffel Square building, specifically on the 4th floor, unit 20 in office 402. Sadashiv Peth is a very traditional and busy area, so there is always a lot of energy right outside our doors. The office itself is a bit more modern since it’s in a newer building like Eiffel Square. We focus on infrastructure work, so our desks are usually covered in site plans and government forms. It is a straightforward place where we handle the administration for our various projects. We have a small, dedicated staff who have been with us for a long time. There is no fancy lobby or receptionists in suits; it’s just us working at our stations. We spend a lot of time on the phone with site managers and vendors. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have all the project leads in for a meeting, but we make it work. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is entirely on the projects we are currently managing. Being in Sadashiv Peth means we are close to everything, which is helpful for running errands or meeting with local officials. It’s a busy, no-nonsense office where we just try to stay on top of the daily grind and keep everything moving forward without making things too complicated.
