Jb Projects

Our office for Jb Projects is over at Law College Road. We are based in Shridhar Rukmini Residency, right in Flat No-5. It’s a nice enough area, and many people around here know Law College Road because of all the trees and the students walking around. We’ve been in this flat for a while now, and it’s where all the planning for our projects happens. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for us to keep our files in order and have a place to sit down and talk. We don't go in for all that corporate talk you hear from the big firms. We are just local people who know how to manage projects. Sometimes things go exactly as planned, and other times we have to fix problems as they pop up. That’s just the reality of the business. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and talking to contractors. Being in a residency building like Shridhar Rukmini means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so we don't make too much noise. It’s a good spot for us because it’s central and easy to get to. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things moving. There is always plenty to do, and we usually have a few different things going on at once. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
