JB EMPIRE DEVELOPERS AND BUILDERS LLP

We are based out here in Malthan, which is a bit of a trek if you're coming from the main Pune city area. JB EMPIRE DEVELOPERS AND BUILDERS LLP is basically just a local operation in Tal Shirur. We work out of house number 1520 near the village. It isn't a glass skyscraper or anything fancy like that. Most of the people around here know us because we live and work in the same community. We build small houses and sometimes bigger projects when they come up in the district. It gets pretty dusty out here during the summer months, but we stay busy with the work. Construction in a place like Malthan is different than the city. You have to know the land and the people. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in Maharashtra. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. Sometimes we run into delays with materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, but we just keep at it. My cousin and a few local guys help out with the day-to-day stuff. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most of our work comes from someone talking to a neighbor. It's a quiet way to earn a living, honestly. We’ve been part of this area for a long time, and we plan to stay here and keep building whatever the town needs. We just do our work and live our lives here.
