We are located over in Karve Nagar at Navsahyadri Society. It’s a fairly quiet residential part of Pune, which is nice because we don’t have to deal with the constant honking you get in the middle of the city. Our office is tucked away at S. No. 43/20. It’s a straightforward place where we handle our holdings and infrastructure work. We aren't a huge operation, so the vibe is pretty relaxed. Most days involve sitting at our desks, going through documents, and talking to people on the phone. The society has a lot of trees and it feels like a real neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while and most people around know where Jayka Holdings is. We don't have any big signs or anything too flashy. It’s just a door with our name on it. Sometimes we walk down the street to grab some snacks or tea during the afternoon break. It’s a good spot for focusing because it isn't too distracting. We have enough space for our files and a couple of computers, and that’s about all we need. Dealing with infrastructure and holdings means a lot of back-and-forth communication, so we are usually tied to our desks for most of the morning. By the time evening rolls around, the area gets a bit more lively with people coming home. We just do our thing, keep things organized, and head out once the work is finished for the day.
