JAHAGIRDAR S CONSTRUCTION INDIA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Out here in Hippalgaon, near Latur, we run Jahagirdar S Construction India. The office is really just a simple room, Office Number 196, and it sits quite close to Mane’s house. Most people in the village know the spot. Since it’s a one-person company setup, things are handled pretty directly without a lot of layers. If you come by, you’ll probably find me sorting through site plans or talking to someone about a new project in the Ahmedpur area. It is a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like it here. The roads can be dusty and the sun is usually quite strong, so construction work keeps us on our toes. We don’t do big fancy presentations or use corporate talk. We just focus on the actual building part. Sometimes I’m out on a site all day and the office stays locked, but that’s the nature of the job. Latur is a good place to work, even if the pace is different from the big metros. We deal with local workers and try to get the walls up straight. It’s just honest work. There isn’t much to see at the office except some folders and maybe a few samples of materials we are using. We keep things basic and try to stay organized.
