Jagjit Projects Llp is based out of Pune, right on the Pune Satara Road. Our spot is at S No 53/12A/2, which is just near the Royalin Hotel. If you’ve ever driven down that road, you know how much traffic there is. It’s a major route, so being here makes sense for the kind of project work we do. We spend a lot of our time looking at site plans and talking to vendors. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get our heads down and work. Pune is expanding so fast, especially along the Satara Road stretch. We see new things going up every month. We’ve been part of that landscape for a bit now. Dealing with projects means there are always some delays or issues with materials, but that’s normal in this line of work. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; we're just a dedicated group of people trying to get things built right. We have our tea breaks, we talk about the latest site updates, and we keep moving. The monsoon season usually slows things down on the ground, but we stay busy with the planning here. It’s a practical office for practical people. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just manage projects and try to keep our clients updated without making things too complicated. It’s been a long road but we’re still here.
