JADHAVAR HOUSING LLP

If you ever find yourself in the Wadgaon BK area of Pune, you might pass by the Jadhavar Building. That is where we run Jadhavar Housing LLP from Flat Number 5. Our building is located at SNO 64/3/4/6, and it is a pretty standard residential-cum-office spot in the Haveli district. We have a small team here, and we spend most of our time looking at floor plans or talking to people about where they want to live. Pune is growing so fast that it feels like there is a new project starting every other week. We try to stay on top of all that, but it is a lot of work. The office itself is quite plain; we have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and stacks of files that never seem to get smaller. We are not into fancy decorations or making things look more impressive than they are. We just want to get the job done right. Most of us have lived in Pune for a long time, so we understand the local streets and the way things work here. Lunchtime usually involves someone bringing a dabba and everyone sitting together for a bit. It is a very normal, local business vibe. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly find out about us through word of mouth or by just seeing our sign on the building when they are passing through.
