JADHAV CONSTRUCTION AND INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED

Jadhav Construction and Infrastructure Private Limited is based out of Plot R-23 in the residential zone of the MIDC area on Bhigwan Road. It’s a bit of a drive out here in Baramati, but it puts us right where a lot of the action is. Our office is pretty basic, just a place to keep the records and meet up before we head out to the infrastructure projects we’re handling. There’s always a bit of noise from the nearby industrial plots, which is just part of being in this zone. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of building roads or fixing up local infrastructure. It’s heavy work and doesn’t leave much time for sitting around. We don't have a flashy website or anyone to do our PR; we just rely on the work we’ve done around here. The tea stall nearby is where we usually end up talking about the day's problems. It’s honest work that involves a lot of mud, gravel, and making sure the machinery is running like it should. Sometimes things break down or the supply of cement gets delayed, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. Being in Baramati means we know the local terrain pretty well. We’re just a group of people trying to keep the projects moving along without making too much of a fuss about it. It’s what we do every day, and we are used to the pace by now.
