We’ve been working out of our office at Plot No-46 for a while now. It is located inside Pushphas Appartment in the Sheela Vihar Colony area. Being on Paud Road means there is always a lot of activity outside our windows. The office isn't very big, but it has enough room for our desks and all the files we’ve gathered over the years. We mostly deal with properties around this part of the city. It is just a few of us here, trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but that is just how it goes in this business. We know the local streets and the buildings pretty well because we spend so much time walking around them. If you come by, you’ll probably see me at the back desk. We don’t have any fancy coffee machines or anything, just a simple place where we get our work done. Most of our days are spent on the phone or meeting folks who are looking to move. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency out there, just a steady one for the people in our neighborhood. It can be a bit chaotic when several people come in at once, but we usually manage to sort things out. We like being part of the community here on Paud Road and seeing familiar faces every day.
