J SQUARE PROJECTS LLP is based in Sadashiv Peth, Pune. We are at Survey Number 723/1/9, in House Number 9, which is in the Kahnere area. Sadashiv Peth is a very old part of Pune with narrow lanes and lots of people. It’s a busy place to work. Our office isn't a modern glass tower. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our desks. We’ve been here for quite some time now, so we are used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Most of our work involves managing local projects and making sure everything is running smoothly. It’s a lot of coordination between different people and companies. We don't have a big corporate structure. We just talk to each other and get things settled. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when deadlines are coming up, but we manage. You won't find any fancy brochures or marketing talk here. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. The office is often full of rolls of blueprints and sticky notes. We like the personal feel of being a small team in a historic part of the city. Pune is changing fast, but we like keeping things simple and practical. We just show up every day and do our best to get the job done right without any extra fuss or ceremony.
