We are over at Kalwad Wasti on Lohagaon Road, right near Bramha Sky City. It is a busy spot these days. Most days we are just handling things from the small office we have at Plot 12. My brother and I started this because we knew the area well and saw people needed help with land. It is not a fancy setup at all. We just have a few desks and some chairs for when people visit. Folks stop by when they are looking for a bit of land or maybe a flat around here. Lohagaon is changing really fast, and we see it happening right outside our front door. Sometimes the dust from the construction projects nearby gets to be a bit much, but that is just how it is right now. We spend a lot of our time walking around the different plots of land. It is much better to see things in person than just looking at a map in the office. If you are coming from the main road, look for the turn near the big residential complexes. We are usually there by ten in the morning. Sometimes we end up staying late if a client needs to meet after they finish their own work shifts. It is a lot of paperwork and just talking to people. We do not have a marketing team. Most folks find us through word of mouth or because they saw the sign.
