IVAAN CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Ivaan Constructions LLP is based in Sangavi at Sangam Nagar. Our office is actually a house, number 28 to be exact, on Survey No 4. It’s a very local neighborhood vibe here. We aren’t in some high-rise building with a security guard at the front. Instead, it’s a place where you can just walk up to the door. We have lived and worked around this area for a long time. The office is basically where we organize all our construction projects. There’s usually a lot of paper and maybe some samples of materials lying around. It’s a bit of a lived-in space because we spend so many hours here. Sangavi is a busy residential part of town and we like being right in the middle of it. It keeps us connected to the people we are building for. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just do the work and word gets around. It’s a simple way of doing things but it has worked for us so far. We handle everything from the small stuff to bigger projects from this house. It’s our base of operations and where all the planning happens. We just try to be straightforward with everyone who comes through the door. Sometimes the phone rings all day and sometimes it is quiet, but we are always around here at House 28. It is just how we do things.
