We've been at Uma Apartment on S B Road for a while now. Most people know the spot near Prakash Bhavan. It’s a busy area in Pune, but we like it here. Being in Haveli keeps us close to where things are happening. We mostly focus on construction work around the city. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the projects, but we manage. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space in building 102 where we handle the daily paperwork and meetings. Sometimes the traffic on S B Road is a nightmare, so we try to get in early. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just try to do our jobs and stay busy with the local builds. If you’re looking for us, look for the apartment building near the main road. It can be easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. We spend a lot of time on site, but someone is usually at the office during the week. It’s a small team here at Ivaan Buildcon Llp. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us doing the work we know how to do. Pune is growing fast, and there is always something needing to be built or fixed. We stay out of the way and just focus on the bricks and mortar side of things. That's pretty much who we are.
