Our workplace is ISHRAJ INFRATECH LLP, and we are situated in the D II Block of the MIDC industrial area in Chinchwad. The address is Plot No 28/22, and the pin code is 411019. Being in an MIDC zone means we are surrounded by workshops, heavy machinery, and constant noise. It suits us because we are an infrastructure company. We aren't tucked away in a quiet office park with manicured lawns. Our office is right there in the middle of the grit. It’s a simple building with a corrugated metal roof in some parts, and it gets pretty warm during the Pune summers. We have a team of guys who are usually out on-site, so the office can feel a bit empty during the day, except for the sound of someone typing or the phone ringing. We don't have any polished corporate statements or big goals written on the wall. We just take on infra jobs and see them through to the end. There’s a lot of mud, concrete, and steel involved in our daily lives. We keep our records in big physical ledgers and some basic computer files. It’s an old-school way of doing things, but it works for what we do. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in dusty clothes or looking over a site plan. We don't put on any acts. We are just an industrial business doing industrial work in a busy part of Pune.
