Isb Infrastructure Private Limited has its office at 03 Swami Mahal in Bhawani Peth, Pune. This is a pretty old and busy part of the city. If you’ve ever been to Bhawani Peth, you know how tight the lanes can be and how much is going on there. Our office is on the ground level of Swami Mahal. We handle infrastructure work, which basically means we are involved in a lot of heavy lifting and big projects. But the office work is mostly just paperwork and phone calls. It’s a small space and it gets a bit crowded when we have visitors or deliveries. We aren't fancy people. We wear work clothes and we aren't afraid of getting a bit of dust on us. Most of our projects are scattered around Pune, so we are often out on the road checking on things. The traffic in Pune can be a real headache, but it’s part of the job. We have our files and our maps and we just try to stay on schedule. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or a weather delay, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We’ve been based in this neighborhood for a while. It’s got a lot of history and we feel like we belong here. We just focus on the work and try to be practical about everything we do. There isn't much more to it than that really.
