Irize Residency Private Limited

Irize Residency Private Limited is based in the Erandvana area of Pune. You can find us at Survey Number 42, Plot Number 63. Our actual office is Flat Number 103, which is on the 1st Floor of the Kalpana Tarang building. Erandvana is a nice part of Pune, quite central and usually very busy. Kalpana Tarang is one of those older residential-style buildings that now has some businesses in it too. Since we are on the first floor, you don't really need the lift, just a quick walk up the stairs. The flat is set up with some tables and computers so we can get our work done. It’s not a big corporate space, just a regular 103 flat that we’ve turned into our office. We spend our days here talking to people and sorting out our files. The neighborhood has a lot of trees and some small shops nearby. It’s a bit quieter than the main roads, which we like. Being in Pune, specifically this Erandvana side, means we are close to a lot of other local spots. We’ve been at this address for a while and it feels like the right place for us. It’s simple and honest, just like the way we work. The flat has enough room for us to stay organized. We are happy with how things are set up here.
