IR PRIME PROJECTS LLP

We have been working out of our office on Prabhat Road for a while now. It’s a nice part of Pune, especially Lane 11 where the trees give some shade. We are located in Park Plaza, specifically units 302 and 303. IR Prime Projects LLP is basically a group of us who enjoy the process of putting projects together. It isn’t always easy, and there are many days where we are stuck in the office until late just sorting out the logistics for the next phase of work. We handle a lot of the planning and the back-end stuff that people don't usually see. Erandwana is a good central spot for us because we can get to most places in the city without too much trouble, though the traffic near the main roads is always a mess. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy marketing or trying to sound like something we aren't. We just take our work seriously and try to keep our clients updated on what is happening. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or issues with materials, but we just figure it out as we go. It’s honest work and we have built a decent reputation just by being around and being reliable. If you walk past CTS 775/1, you’ll likely see our lights on. We are just local people working on local projects.
