Interpack Machines (P) Ltd

We’re tucked away in Siddhartha Towers, specifically in unit 613. Being in a big building like this means we see a lot of people coming and going. Interpack Machines is all about the machinery used for packaging. We don't build the huge assembly lines here in the office, obviously. This is where we handle the sales, the spare parts, and the technical support. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining to customers how to fix a jam or what part they need to order. Our desks are usually covered in technical manuals and diagrams. It can get a bit cramped when we have new equipment samples in. We started this because we knew a lot about how these machines work. It’s technical stuff. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We're a small team that knows the ins and outs of packing machines. Sometimes we have to travel to factories to help set things up. It’s a lot of driving and long hours in noisy plants. Back at the office, we try to keep things organized so we can find parts quickly when someone’s machine breaks down. We don't do flashy presentations. We just talk shop with people who need to get their products into bags or boxes. It's a living, and it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we're here late finishing up a quote or tracking a shipment, but that’s just how it goes in this business.
