Our place is at 7, Dongare Building, right across from Shopping Glory in Model Colony. It’s a pretty well-known area. Inertia Ergonomic System Pvt. Ltd. is where we work on chairs and desks that are supposed to keep people from getting sore backs. It sounds a bit technical, but really it’s just about common sense and good mechanics. The building is an older one, so it has some character, even if the pipes clank sometimes. We have a few floor models set up so people can actually sit in them. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished sales pitch. We just tell people to sit down and see how it feels. Model Colony is a busy spot, so there’s always something happening outside the windows. Inside, we’re usually busy with orders or checking the tension on a new batch of chair springs. It’s a lot of nuts and bolts, literally. We aren't a giant factory; we’re a small team in the Dongare Building. We’ve been here for a bit now and we like the neighborhood. We don’t try to act bigger than we are. We just focus on making sure the stuff we sell actually works like it’s supposed to. If someone has a problem with a chair, they know where to find us. We’re right there across from the shops.
