Our office, Indpro Engineering Systems, is at 4 White House on the NDA Pashan Road in Bavdhan. It’s a nice enough spot, though the traffic heading toward the NDA can get pretty heavy during the peak hours. The building is easy to spot, and we’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name. Inside, it’s mostly desks and computers because we do a lot of the system planning and design here. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except for when someone is arguing over a technical drawing or the phone starts ringing off the hook. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea, and that’s usually where the best ideas happen. We don't go in for big meetings with presentations; we usually just huddle around a monitor and figure things out. Bavdhan has grown a lot lately, so there are more places to eat nearby, which is a nice change from a few years ago. We are just a group of people who enjoy the engineering side of things and like solving puzzles. It’s not a high-pressure corporate office, just a place where we try to be consistent and reliable. We come in, do our hours, and try to make sure everything is running smoothly before we head home for the evening. It’s a steady pace and it works well for the kind of systems we handle.
