Indgate Hotels Private Limited

Indgate Hotels is run out of Flat 8 at Shalini Cottage. This is over on Salunke Vihar Road in the Kondhwa area. If you know Pune, you know this road gets very packed with cars and bikes, especially in the evenings. Shalini Cottage is one of those older styles of buildings that has a bit of character to it. It is not like those new high-rises you see popping up everywhere. Our space is modest. We have a few desks and some cupboards full of old records. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic from Salunke Vihar Road, but you get used to it after a while. Most of the people around here are locals who have been in Kondhwa for a long time. There are plenty of small shops nearby where we go to get tea or snacks during the day. Running a hotel business involves a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff that people don't usually see. We spend our hours here making sure things are sorted out. It is a bit cramped when we have everyone in the office at once, but we make it work. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor has a few scuffs, but it is our workspace. We don’t need anything too fancy to stay on top of the work for Indgate Hotels. It is just a real, everyday office in a busy part of town.
