Incipient Constructions Private Limited is based over in Pune, specifically in the Parvati area. Our office is at 93 Laxmi Nagar, which is part of the MBH Colony. Specifically, we are in building H/11/157. It is a quiet residential neighborhood compared to the city center, and we like it that way. Most of us who work here have lived in Pune for a long time, so we know the 411009 area like the back of our hand. The office is a straightforward place where we handle our construction business. We do not have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just show up, look at our schedules, and get to work on the various sites we have going. Sometimes we have clients come by to the colony to chat about their homes, and we just sit around the table and talk it out. It is a very local way of doing business. The building we are in is just a regular part of the MBH Colony, nothing that stands out too much, which suits us just fine. We have our tools and our desks and our tea, and that is about all we need to stay productive.
