We operate out of Row House No 15/14 in Ashoka Mews. If you’re in Kondhwa, you probably know the Sheetal Petrol Pump; we’re right next to that. It’s a spot, a bit different from being in a high-rise. Ikon Buildcorp India is a private limited company, but we run it more like a family business from this row house at Sr. No. 40/41. Kondhwa is a busy area with a lot of different people, and being tucked into Ashoka Mews gives us a bit of a break from the main road noise. Having the petrol pump nearby is actually pretty handy for directions. We’ve been doing construction for a while and this has been our base. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby with fancy chairs. We just have some desks, a lot of folders, and usually some blueprints lying around. Most of our work is scattered around the city, so we’re in and out all day long. We don't use much marketing talk because we don't really see the point. People know what we do by looking at the buildings we finish. The row house is comfortable and it lets us work at our own pace. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes with all the samples and paperwork, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually building things. We like being in Kondhwa, even if the traffic near the petrol pump gets a bit crazy in the evenings. It feels right for us here.
