ICONIC MULTICON LLP

We run Iconic Multicon out of Dahanukar Regency, specifically unit B 2/603. It’s tucked away in Dahanukar Colony. It’s more of a residential setup for an office, but it works for what we do. We handle various construction and multi-service projects. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in there when the whole team is in, but usually, most of us are out at different sites. The colony is pretty quiet, which is nice when we have to sit down and focus on the planning side of things. We started this because we saw a need for more hands-on work in this part of town. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters. There are stacks of files and rolls of drawings on almost every surface. We just try to keep things organized as best as we can. It’s a lot of back and forth with clients and workers. We don't use a lot of big talk. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take longer, we say so. If something costs more, we explain why. We’ve been here long enough that people know we aren't going anywhere. It’s a small business lifestyle. Long hours and lots of phone calls. We don’t mind it much. It’s good to see something actually get built from the plans we have on the desk. That’s why we do it.
