Our business is called ICON CREATIVE AND MAHESH DEVELOPERS LLP. You can find us in Koregaon Park, which is a pretty well-known part of Pune. We are located in Flat No 105, inside Building F of the Cloverdale complex. The pin code is 411001 if you’re looking for us. Koregaon Park is usually pretty busy, but Cloverdale is tucked away enough that we can actually get some work done without too much distraction. We’ve been operating out of this flat for a bit. It’s a good space for a developer team. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s more of a place where we sit down with our plans and figure out how to build things. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the maps and documents, but it works for us. We like the vibe of the neighborhood here. There are plenty of places to grab a quick tea or coffee when we need a break from the screen. We focus on our development projects and try to keep things moving along on schedule. People know us as ICON CREATIVE AND MAHESH DEVELOPERS, and we try to live up to that name by just being straightforward and getting the job done. We aren't much for corporate polish. We just want to do good work from our office in Cloverdale and keep things moving forward. It is a simple way of doing business in a busy city.
