You can find us at A-552 in Alnkapuri, right on the MLT College Road in Kothrud. Being near the college means there is always a lot of energy and traffic around us. The building is part of a CHS, so it has a bit of a residential feel even though we are running a food business here. It’s not the quietest place, especially when the students are out and about, but we like the buzz. Inside, it smells like whatever we are processing that day. Sometimes it's grains, sometimes it's other things. We don't have those big glass walls or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just a set of rooms where we keep our records and manage the food supplies. The chairs in the waiting area are a bit old, but they are comfortable enough if you have to wait a few minutes. We spend a lot of time on the phone with farmers and suppliers. It gets hectic around harvest time, and we end up staying late quite often. We don't really have a big corporate structure. Everyone just helps out where they can, whether it's moving bags or checking invoices. It’s a local operation and we prefer it that way. Kothrud has changed a lot since we started, but we are still here doing the same basic work every day. We just keep our heads down and make sure the deliveries go out on time.
