HYSUS PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Hysus Projects is tucked away in the Moraya Industrial Estate over in Bhosari. We are at plot number 201, specifically in gala number 62. If you know the MIDC area in Pune, you know it is always humming with noise and activity. That is where we do our daily work. It is an industrial spot, so it is mostly workshops and small factories around us. We started this because we wanted to handle projects our own way. It is not a glamorous job, mostly dealing with materials, schedules, and making sure things actually get built. The office is right there on the ground floor, so it gets a bit dusty when the trucks go by. We have a small team of people who have been with us for a while. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything, we just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic in Bhosari gets stuck, but we manage to keep things moving. It is a practical business for practical people. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with suppliers. Being in the MIDC helps because most of what we need is right around the corner. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do a decent job on the projects we take on. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till late evening most days.
