Hydroteck Engineering Co.

Hydroteck Engineering Co. is located in the M.I.D.C. area of Chinchwad. We are in the C-2 Block, right across from the Chinchwad Post Office. It is a very convenient spot for us because the post office is right there for all our shipping needs. We have been operating out of this unit for a long time. The workshop is where we do all our engineering and assembly work. It is a functional space, nothing fancy to look at. We have some lathes and milling machines that have seen a lot of use over the years. The neighbors are all industrial shops too, so it is a noisy and productive part of town. We are a small team, mostly people who have grown up in this area. We take on various mechanical engineering jobs, sometimes custom work and sometimes just standard repairs. We do not have a marketing department or anything like that. Word gets around when you do the work properly. We have a small desk for paperwork near the entrance, but it is usually piled with drawings and spare parts. The lighting inside is a bit dim, but we have good lamps over the workstations where it really matters. We work standard hours, though we stay late if a customer is in a hurry for a specific part. It is just a normal engineering shop run by people who enjoy building things.
