We’ve got our office set up at Marvel Fu in Hadapsar. It’s located in the Mundhwa area, specifically at Sr No 137 H No 1. Hadapsar has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings and roads going in. Hridhamaansh Builders Llp is just part of that growth. We spend most of our time dealing with the practical side of construction. It’s not always pretty work, but someone has to do it. The office is our home base for all the logistics and planning that goes into a build. We don't have a big corporate headquarters or anything like that. It’s just a workspace in a building in Pune. We’ve been working around the 411028 area for some time now. Some days the traffic in Hadapsar makes it hard to get anywhere, so we try to plan our site visits carefully. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the jobs done right and keep moving to the next one. It’s a lot of coordination between different trades and suppliers. We’ve learned to deal with the delays and the headaches that come with building. Our team is small and we know each other well. We just do our work and let the buildings speak for themselves. That's how we operate every day. It is simple, hard work and nothing more.
