Houseunity Private Limited is out in Fursungi, which is part of Taluka Haveli. You can find our office at Sr. No. 178, in Flat Number 02 of Achal Plaza, right in Bhosale Village. Fursungi has changed quite a bit from being a small village to a place where lots of new buildings are going up. We decided to set up here to be close to the action. Our daily routine involves a lot of site visits and checking in on how the construction is progressing. The office in Achal Plaza is where we handle the boring but necessary stuff like payroll and permits. It’s a pretty laid-back place; we don't wear suits or have long meetings that don't go anywhere. We’d rather be out talking to the contractors or looking at a site. Building homes and other structures is a slow process, and we’ve learned that you can't really rush it if you want it to stay standing. Sometimes the power goes out or the water supply is a bit iffy, but we just work around it like everyone else in the area. We’re just a small group of people trying to make a living by building things in this part of Pune. We know the local landscape well and we’ve gotten used to the way things work around here. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning till night, and we’re happy to be part of the community here.
